I have been guided to create these glyphs since 2004 and use them on a regular basis. After 13 years I am still amazed by responses I get when using them a different way. The body has cycles. I find it is most receptive when first awakening in the morning, or still half asleep. I recently took a half of a patch page of the Fear #5, eight glyphs, and laid them by them by the side of my bed. When I was barely awake I put them between my hands, laying on my side, hands under my face and relaxed for 10 minutes. The amount of "stuff" being drawn out of my legs, and on another occasion out of my stomach area, was astounding. I have lived with Irritable Bowel Syndrome for years and felt the fear I was holding was related to this. I then subsequently used other emotional release glyphs this way with equally impressive results.
